Library Access Video and Access Form
This video walks Escambia County Public School parents through the steps of locating the K-12 Library Access Form in the Parent Portal of FOCUS.
The form is a hard copy that can be printed and completed by guardians and returned to FPMS's library.
The MS YA Opt-In Form grants permission for students to check out YA books! Please click on the link above to print form and have students return the completed form to the library.
