    The vision of the Escambia County School Food Services Department is to promote excellence in food and nutrition services as an integral part of education, by having nutritious school meals and nutrition education programs available for all children, regardless of economic status, cultural diversity, or special needs.

     

    Mission Statement

    To safeguard the nutritional integrity and well-being of children in the Escambia County School District, through the management of school food service and nutrition education programs consistent with their nutritional needs.
    To encourage and promote a unified effort between school personnel and the community to assure an opportunity for adequate nutrition and educational programs for every student.

Non-Discrimination Statement

    To file a program discrimination complaint, complete the USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form, AD-3027, found online at How to File a Program Discrimination Complaint and at any USDA office or write a letter addressed to USDA and provide in the letter all of the information requested in the form.
