We Build It Better
We Build It Better is an introduction to the Fundamentals of Manufacturing
6th Graders
- Students can participate in "We Build It Better," a 18-week introduction to manufacturing fundamentals.
- This industry-designed, educator-developed curriculum engages students in a work-like STEAM environment.
- Students learn the product development process and gain skills to design innovative solutions for real-world challenges.
7th Graders
- Students can take the Home Builders Institute (HBI) Core class from the nation's leading resource for career technical education in the building industry.
- Students gain skills and experience needed for careers in residential construction, while building character and self-esteem.
- Workman utilizes certification programs and online learning to help students earn their Core certification, preparing them for specialized career paths in construction.

Students learn a blend of creativity and technical skills, equipping them with the latest tools and techniques in the industry. Students are empowered to bring their artistic visions to life and prepare for a dynamic future in digital media.

Students in our NJROTC program are given a unique opportunity to develop leadership, discipline, and teamwork skills through a structured and supportive environment. With a focus on personal growth and community service, this program instills a sense of responsibility and pride in young cadets.
