    Requirements:
    -All athletes must have an up to date physical 

    -All required forms on the Athletics homepage

    -In addition to the required forms on the Athletics homepage, go to athleticclearance.com.

    • If you've never used Athletic Clearance before: Watch the brief Clearance Guide video that explains the registration process. Then click the “Register” button to begin.
    • All returning athletes log in to your profile.

    Complete all registration information, including uploading a physical, and click the "Submit" button.

    You may not try out or participate in any Cheer related activities if you have not been cleared through Athletic Clearance.





    Tryouts:
    There is a mandatory pre-tryout meeting that all participants and their guardians must attend on February 22, 2024 at 5:30 PM. During this meeting, all eligibility and tryout information will be discussed.

    Incoming freshmen are welcome to try out. However, please ensure that your student will be enrolled at PFHS before the season starts and ensure that the student has punctual transportation to and from tryouts. 

    The cheer clinic and tryouts for the 24-25 school year will be held February 26 through March 1 from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM. The clinic may run late, so please be flexible with pickup times.
