    Arrival  & Dismissal Information & Times

    Student Arrival- 8:10 a.m.

    Tardy Bell- 8:30 a.m.             

    Dismissal - 3:10 p.m

    *No check-outs are permitted after - 2:30 p.m.

    Students are not allowed on campus before 8:10 a.m. When a student arrives after 8:30 a.m., they are tardy. The student must go to the front office to check-in. 

    Any adult checking a student out MUST be listed on the student’s Focus Account and have a valid ID.

     

    Tardies/Check-In Violations

    STUDENTS ARE EXPECTED TO BE ON TIME TO SCHOOL EVERYDAY. FIRST BLOCK BEGINS AT 8:30AM. CHECK-IN VIOLATIONS ARE ANY CHECK-INS WITHOUT AN APPROPRIATE EXCUSE.

    TARDIES ARE BASED ON ALL CLASSES AND NOT INDIVIDUAL CLASSES. FOR EXAMPLE IF YOU ARE TARDY TO 2ND PERIOD -TWICE AND 4TH PERIOD - TWICE. THAT IS COUNTED AS 4 TARDIES. 

     

    3-4 TARDIES = OFFICE REFERRAL/LUNCH DETENTION

    5-6 TARDIES = OFFICE REFERRAL- PARENT CONFERENCE AND AFTER SCHOOL DETENTION

    7-8 TARDIES =  OFFICE REFERRAL - SATURDAY WORK DETAIL

    9 TARDIES OR MORE- 1 DAY OF ISS FOR EVERY TARDY

    Escambia's Marching Band "The Pride" is holding color guard auditions for next season! Auditions are open to all current 9th-11th grade students who are interested in spinning flags, learning choreography, and being a teammate of an award-winning program. Auditions will be in the EHS gym on Monday, April 14th through Friday, April 18th, from 5:30-8:00pm. Wear athletic clothes, and bring water and a good attitude! No prior experience needed.

     

    Seniors! Turn in your SENIOR POSTER to Mrs. Davis in room 129 by April 30th!!

     

    If you're at least 17 and weigh at least 110 pounds, stop by Mrs. Davis' room (129) and sign up for the Blood Drive! Those who successfully donate will receive a t-shirt AND have your name placed in a drawing for a $200 scholarship from OneBlood. 

     

    Congratulations to our NJROTC unit. Their hardwork and dedication has paid off. They have achieved the esteem honor of being recognized as a Distinguished Unit in the NJROTC Area 16 region.
