Annually each Spring, the Roy Hyatt Environmental Center hosts Night of Nature. This is a fun-filled family event which is FREE and open to the public.

- Enjoy the beauty of nature while participating in on of our night hikes.
- Stroll through the butterfly house, garden and gazebo.
- Peer through microscopes at stars and planets in the night sky.
- Meet some of our resident reptiles.
- Enjoy diving into the undersea world in our "beach classroom."
- Blast into space upon entering the inflatable portable planetarium
- And experience so much more!!!
There is usually a Food Truck or two on site with food available to purchase. (a portion of the money from the food sales comes back to RHEC)

- Climb aboard the Bird Bus for some bird watching.
- Meet some of our resident reptiles.
- Enjoy diving into the undersea world in our "beach classroom."
- Blast into space upon entering the inflatable portable planetarium
- And experience so much more!!!
There is usually a Food Truck or two on site with food available to purchase. (a portion of the money from the food sales comes back to RHEC)
We also have a Silent Auction with many items in which to bid! Historically we have prizes such as dolphin cruises, artwork by local artists, donations by local merchants and much more!
