Direct Deposit Information

  • You must have a direct deposit account for Payroll purposes.

     

    Direct Deposit: Personal Bank Account

    To make changes to your personal account, please use the Direct Deposit Form or follow the Steps to Requesting a Direct Deposit Change in Skyward. If you do not have a personal bank account, you may request a Rapid Pay Card on the Direct Deposit Form.

    Direct Deposit: Rapid Pay Card

    If you do not have a personal bank account, you may request a Rapid Pay Card on the Direct Deposit Form.

    If your Rapid Pay Card is lost or stolen, and you need to request a new pay card, please use the Rapid Pay Card Replacement Form. You must call 1-888-727-4314 to deactivate your card first. 

     

    *All forms should be returned to the Payroll Department, either in-person or via fax (850-469-6353), with a photo ID. Please DO NOT email your personal and confidential information.
