Direct Deposit Information

  • You must have a direct deposit account for Payroll purposes.

     

    Direct Deposit: Personal Bank Account

    To make changes to your personal account, please use the Direct Deposit Form or follow the Steps to Requesting a Direct Deposit Change in Skyward. If you do not have a personal bank account, you may request a Rapid Pay Card on the Direct Deposit Form.

    Direct Deposit: Rapid Pay Card

    If you do not have a personal bank account, you may request a Rapid Pay Card on the Direct Deposit Form.

    If your Rapid Pay Card is lost or stolen, you will need to contact Rapid's Card Services Customer Service to report the incident and request a replacement card to be mailed by Rapid to the employee's address.  The phone number is 1-888-727-4314.  

     

    *All paper forms should be returned to the Payroll Department, either in-person or via fax (850-469-6353), with a photo ID. Please DO NOT email your personal and confidential information.  You may also submit your information via your Skyward employee access.  Please note: all Direct Deposit requested changes will be verified prior to implementation.
