• CHROMEBOOK HELP

    If a student or teacher cannot troubleshoot the problem, go to Media Center room 304. There are signs pointing in the direction of the IT room by the library check out desk.

    Student interns help repair and troubleshoot broken chromebooks, among other electronic education items. In the event a chromebook cannot be fixed by a student intern, a functional spare will be checked out to the student until the original chromebook is repaired. IT delivers electronics across campus, so no need to worry about coming back to the IT room to check on items being repaired.

     

    CHARGER FEE 

    IT cannot repair broken or inefficient chargers. In the event a student has a lost or broken chromebook charger, a replacement may be purchased for $35.00 either payable by cash or check made to J.M. Tate High School.  All fines will need to be paid by a senior, in order to be eligible for graduation.
