The Electronics Shop consists of one Construction/Maintenance Supervisor, one Shop Leader, two Lead Electronics Technician, and four Electronics Technician positions.
This Shop is responsible for the maintenance and repair of all the fire alarm systems, intercom systems, public address systems, master clock and bell systems in the entire School District. This Shop is required to maintain all football scoreboards, basketball scoreboards, and the public address systems which are a part of the athletic facilities. This Shop is also responsible for the maintenance and repair of all overhead projectors, slide projectors, tape recorders, video cassette recorders, DVD players, projection televisions and standard televisions, which are the property of the School District. This Shop also designs and installs new intercom systems in the schools and installs some fire alarm systems.
Electronics Technicians review proposed construction plans and design, install and upgrade fire alarm and intercom systems to accommodate portable classrooms.
