Food Service Training Program

The food service training program is designed as a vocational, hands-on program for students who are interested in working in the food service industry. The curriculum prepares students to take the Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association SAFESTAFF Food-handler certification examination. This is a 3-year certification that is required by all foodservice employees.
This program also has a School Based Enterprise (SBE) program named Delectable Edible Products where they made edible treats for humans and pets.
