Valerie Wright was born and raised in Sitka, Alaska.  She graduated from the University of Oregon in 1999 and then moved to Florida.  Dean Wright began her teaching career at Camp E-Ma-Chamee.  She then became the theater teacher at Pace High School and stayed in that position for 19 years.  This past year she was dean and theater director at Pace High School.  Dean Wright is an avid reader, runner, cross fitter and gardener.  Dean Wright enjoys spending time at home with her family.  Dean Wright is excited to join the Bailey Middle School family and is looking forward to a successful school year. 

Dean Seigle was born and raised in Camden, New Jersey. When he was 14 years old, he moved to the Pensacola area. After finishing high school in 2009, he went to college in Arizona but came back to Florida to become a teacher. Dean Seigle taught Language Arts at Woodham Middle School, Beulah Middle School, and Warrington Middle School. In 2023, he completed his Master's degree in Educational Leadership at UWF. Dean Seigle is excited to join the Bulldog family and Bailey Community! He enjoys gaming, camping on the beach, walking his dog, playing with his cats, and improving his cooking skills!
