For the forms and physical necessary for participation, please see our Athletic Forms page. When they are complete, please turn all forms in to the front office.

Swim paperwork will due by Friday, November 8. Tryouts and practices are the following week. Additional information/papers will be available as soon as we learn our assigned practice days. Contact Mrs. Guy for more information.
