    School-Family Compact 2025-2026

    The School Family Compact is an agreement and commitment between the family and the school to help ensure the student's success. The parties to this contract acknowledge that we share the responsibility for improved student achievement. Each of us has a vital role in promoting learning. 

    Being mindful of our responsibilities, WE PLEDGE THE FOLLOWING: 

     

    SCHOOL EMPLOYEES: We will provide a high-quality curriculum, effective and appropriate instruction, and a safe and supportive learning environment. We will respect and honor the parents' rights to be involved in their child's education decisions. We will enforce our school's rules while preserving each student's dignity. We will communicate with parents regularly and abide by our profession's highest standards. 

     

    FAMILIES: We will support our child's learning by ensuring our child(ren) is at school on time daily, monitoring homework nightly, reading with our child(ren) each night, supporting the school with discipline matters, and communicating with school staff. We will help maintain a positive, effective learning environment by supporting the faculty and staff and enforcing school rules mutually. We share the responsibility for improving our child's achievement. We will participate in decisions concerning our child's education. 

     

    STUDENTS: I will follow the school expectations: 1. Be Respectful; 2. Be Responsible; and 3. Be Safe. I will respect myself by bringing only learning tools daily, following the school dress code, and coming to school ready to learn. I will respect others by speaking kindly, keeping my hands, feet, and objects to myself, and treating others the way I want to be treated. I will be responsible for making good choices, taking care of myself, helping when needed, keeping up with my books, pencils, jackets, etc., completing work on time, listening, and following directions. I will play safely during recess and PE. I will walk in the hallways appropriately. 

     

     

    ALL PARTIES:  We have the right to expect that all other parties to the contract will act responsibly, be respectful of others, and set a good example.
