Human, animal, and plant communities are connected and interdependent. A sense of community fosters cooperation, pride of place, and belonging.

Using the theme “Communities,” students become part of the Brown-Barge community by acquiring knowledge, applying skills, and working together,  which will help them become comfortable and successful in this unique integrative curriculum. They will also learn about common traits in all forms of communities, and how all living things are connected.
