All ECPS Employees are to be evaluated on one of the following plans:

Instructional Evaluation Resources
New for the 2024-2025 year: ALL Instructional Personnel will be evaluated using the Florida Educator Accomplished Practices (FEAPs). If an instructional employee is not a "Traditional" Classroom teacher, it is up to the Evaluator and the Employee to mutually agree on the best interpretation of the FEAPs to be applied to that employee's assigned duties.

The statute on Performance Pay and on the Evaluation System requirements are defined in Florida Statute 1012.34. The disaggregation by teacher begins with Florida Statute 1012.01.
